This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. It's amazing and I never thought such an inexpensive vacuum would do a great job. Honestly, if I hadn't read reviews and looked at consumer reports on it, I would have never bought it from a store. You really can't judge a book by its cover! It's light and easy to carry up and down stairs, the cord length seems fine and I haven't had belts break yet.
