Okay, one caveat - my old vacuum was 8 years old. It was time for a new one, but I can't bring myself to shell out $[...] for a vacuum. I know a lot of people do, I just can't justify it. So, I saw this Hoover. Great reviews, but how good can it be?? I mean approx. $[...] for a vacuum can't be good. I bought it anyway (free shipping!) and just tried it. WOW! The vacuum almost pulled out of my hand it had so much power! Some reviewers said it was loud and i found that.....Hey, It's a vacuum! It's not obnoxious, in fact I think my old one was worst.
