Purchase Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum

I am not pleased with this vacuum. The hose is too short and the entire vacuum constantly tips over when I'm trying to use it. The bizarre thing is that bolts and screws keep falling out! I have finally discovered they are coming from the main unit...since I went to vacuum and it came apart!
