Order Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum

I was debating between this vacuum and the Bissell Pet Hair Eraser... I went with the PHE originally because I thought it would work better (we have two dogs and a cat). However, I was wrong! The PHE left at least 1 dog hair per square inch on my carpet, on the lowest setting with the lint thing engaged.

I returned it and purchased the Tempo instead... I was SO glad I did! It's so powerful as others have said, it drags itself across the floor. It "roughs up" my old flattened carpet and picks up dog hair so well that it leaves maybe one hair per 2 square feet. The suction on the hose is awesome too... I pulled it off the vacuum and it immediately adhered to my arm for a few seconds. Srsly.

It's not too loud either, not as loud as my old Dirt Devil Jaguar at least. And the hose attachments are super easy to use. Very nice. I bought the Bissell Pet Pack to use with the hose and I think it will work really well. :)
