Cheapest Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum

I think the price of the vacuum is decent, but when I got it and used it around the house I have a hard time picking up all the dirt after about 10 minutes of use. I am not sure what is wrong, but I might need to contact customer service and see what I can do to improve the efficiency. I was kind of disappointed.
