We bought it after reading the Consumer Reports review. So far we love this vacuum. They only negative is the way the cord wraps around all the attachments in the back. It actually took me a few minutes to figure out how to wind the cord, because I thought for sure they didn't intend the cord to wrap around everything... apparently they did.
