I recently purchased one of these which was missing a part and did not appear new. So they sent me another one which died the first day I used it. So they sent me by email the labels to return them. I replied several times that I did not have access to a printer so could they mail them to me. No go, I guess. And with the 30 days exchange policy, from the time they send it no less, and all the time I spent trying to get through to some human person, the 30 days whizzed by, and now I'm stuck with 2 vacuums!!! Every store I go into has 90d. return policies, which would make way more sense esp. when ordering online. Not everyone has time for all the internet goobling that seems necessary when returning something defective, & I am NOT comp. savvy! So I will never buy a large heavy item again online! Also I got my daughter one before and she doesn't like it because the bags fill up too fast esp. with dog hair.
