I ordered this vacuum cleaner on the basis of the reviews on this site, and on my good experience with Hoover vacuums in the past, and also because of the price. I have not been disappointed. We have only used it a few times, so I can't attest to its durability, but so far we are very pleased. It has INCREDIBLE suction power.
The implement hose is a little short compared to the one on our (much) more expensive Hoover at our other house, but hey, at the price, I don't think this machine can be beat. The price had actually gone up $10 not long before we ordered, but it was still a huge bargain.
