I read every one-star review but decided I'd take a chance since the price was so low. I'm very satisified so far (only had it about four weeks). It works well, hasn't had any problems listed by many reviewers, and is lightweight, a prime consideration since our children do most of the vacuuming and our youngest, age 10, needs a vacuum he can maneuver easily.
