I am pleased to say I am most satisfied with my purchase. Ordering from Amazon was efficient, easy and quick. My vacuum came within a week and it works wonderfully. I have 2 shedding dogs and a cat and the vacuum picks up the hair completely in one pass making my carpets look like new. It's also a lot lighter than my bagless was and much easier to manuever.
