Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum This instant
This is a no-frills vacuum cleaner, but its cheap and works very well. Just be sure to keep the bag cleaned out and make sure the hose doesn't get cloged. Also, if the belt breaks, it is pretty easy to fix.
