Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum

I purchased this vacuum based on my neighbor's rave reviews. I also researched it on Consumer Reports and the Hoover Tempo vac was rated up there with many expensive models. For $68 (no s/h & tax#, I thought I'd give it a try. The vacuum is really very powerful and does the job. Up until now, I have been using an Electrolux canister and thought it was performing well. When I fired up the Tempo, you would have thought my carpets weren't vacuumed in ages. You could see and feel the difference after one time and my husband even commented on the great job it did. We have a lot of laminate flooring also and I was hesitant to believe that it would pick up the dirt and dust bunnies assuming the unit would just blow the stuff around and not pickup, but it picks up everything in it's path without damaging the flooring. The quality is solid and even though it's not self-propelled, it's so powerful you hardly have to put much effort to push it. I like the fact that it has a HEPA filter and a bag #never going back to a bagless, yuck!) My friend purchased the Hoover Tempo for her house and I'm thinking of getting another for the basement level. In conclusion, this vacuum really sucks!!Get more detail about Hoover U5140-900 Tempo Widepath Bagged Upright Vacuum.
