I was not expecting much you know the old "you get what you pay for" and all. I was definately not willing to shell out hundreds of dollars for a vacuum cleaner. I took a chance on this one reading the reviews carefully and keeping in mind I have 2 dogs so the more suction I could get the better. When I got it I was almost afraid to use it because I just knew I would be let down but I wasnt. I was thrilled, picks up dog hair and everything else. Works on bare floors as well as carpeting.
