I'll make this brief. I love the vacuum. After 3 different bagless vacuums each lasting a year each I went with the top reviewed bagged vacuum and the Hoover was it. Works great. Set up was quick. I've lent it out to people and they like it. It pulls. When you turn the little bastard on it sucks forward and goes. That's why my mom (80 years old) doesn't like it. Because it's too strong.
