I read about this vacuum in Consumer Reports and thought I would try it. It did such a great job I have ordered 4 more for family and friends. I have been using it regularly for several months. I recently had my carpets professionally cleaned and the guy that did the cleaning showed me the dirty water and was shocked how clean it was. And my carpet is 14 years old!
